Returns Policy

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email (info@ledlightworld.co.uk) before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the returns section below.

 

 

RETURNS

Please note our returns policy does not cover lamps/bulbs, batteries and dimming modules.

If you wish you return an item, you first must notify us via email or phone quoting your invoice number to confirm you are eligible for a refund - we hold no responsibility for denying you a refund if the items were returned without our prior notification and/or do not match the conditions below.

Returned items must be in their original condition - unused with all their tags and/or protective packaging still attached correctly - with proof of purchase and within 14 days from the date of sale for a refund.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled, fitted/installed or in any way modified.

If the items are returned after 14 days they will be subjected to a 25% restocking charge.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Any refund will not include postage costs incurred.

Any special orders that have been placed, with stock ordered in especially is NON RETURNABLE. This is due to our suppliers having a no returns policy on special orders.

For faulty/damaged items- we advise all returns to use Hermes (www.interparcel.com). Maximum refundable shipping cost is £5

We will refund by the payment method which was originally used to make the payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will, where possible, supply a replacement. Unlike returns, this does include lamps/bulbs, batteries and dimming modules. If in the event we cannot supply a replacement we will offer a refund via the method which was originally used to make the payment.

Please notify us by email quoting your invoice number ideally with photographic proof; this will aid us in dealing with your situation. Otherwise please contact us by phone. We reserve the right to investigate before we dispatch a replacement. Under most circumstances, faulty items will be need to be returned to us before we can dispatch a replacement.
